ELIGIBILITY

Employees of Infosys BPM- Philippines Branch/Infosys up to Job Level 7 are eligible to participate in the ‘Employee Referral Program’.
Below employees are not eligible for referral incentive – However they can refer candidates
- Talent Acquisition function in HR
- Employees supporting the Talent Acquisition department are not eligible across all Job levels.
Job level of the hired referral at the time of hiring shall be used to determine payout eligibility.
Referring employee should not be involved in any part of the hiring decision/process.
All referrals will undergo Initial and final validation as indicated in clause 4.7
Ex-employees who get rehired will be considered as an employee referral only if the ex-employee has been separated with Infosys for a minimum period of one (1) year at the time of referral.
Both Referring Employee and Hired Referral should be active upon payout release date from the date of joining of the referred employee, otherwise the eligibility to receive referral incentives will be forfeited.
If the hired referral became part of a Seasonal/Project based employment, the referring employee is eligible to get the full amount provided that the hired referral completed the contract.
Referrals made to the group company and their eligibility criteria for claiming referral rewards will be governed by the

applicable referral policy of the relevant Infosys group company

REFERRAL RULES

Eligible employees may refer any number of candidates for the vacancies internally advertised by the recruitment team.
Employees are expected to uphold the philosophy, culture and work ethos of Infosys BPM while deciding to refer their friends and family. Infosys BPM expects all referred candidates to meet the basic values of the organization
Referred Candidate to agree on the privacy notice which is also part of the system generated mailer being sent once a candidate has been successfully referred. If referral does not agree he/she can select unsubscribe. and referral will not be processed further while the data on referral will be deleted in the system in accordance with Infosys data retention and deletion guideline.
The hiring decision on the referred employee’s engagement or program, joining date, site location are deemed final once the referred employee has successfully completed all the recruitment stages
Upon Joining of a Referral, the Referring Employee will be eligible for a referral incentive subject to the provisions under clause 3.7 of this Policy.
Referral incentives will be released on top of the Referrer’s salary for the relevant period and are taxable at the prevailing Income Tax rates as applicable to referring employees.
A candidate can only be referred by one employee or source within 180 days or 6months period reckoned from the date of submission of the earlier or earliest source or referral.
In case that the candidate has been referred by more than one employee or a different source, condition stated above in 4.7 will apply.
The hiring manager’s decision would be binding on any dispute regarding the claim on candidature by the Referring Employee.
All referred candidates regardless of Job Level must be submitted via Tools advised by TA team.

Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Responding to queries and providing assistance for questions and problems.
Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.
Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems.
Utilizes knowledge base information to answer customer inquiries and alerts supervisor or lead worker when there is confusion or absence of information to answer particular questions.

Service Desk

Job Description:

Responsible for providing the first-line of telephone, chat, email, self-service/web portal help desk support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications and infrastructure for users
Answers simple to complex questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products
Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common failures. Escalates complex problems to higher level within organization
Service Desk Agents will be required to support Service Desk Clients and the contractual service level in the achievement of prompt response, high level customer service and technical first contact support
They will be required to clearly articulate customer requirements and interface with a variety of Client/Internal second/third/fourth level teams and third party service providers
Will deal with all calls, email, chat, self-service/web portal to the Service Desk that can be varied and complex requiring a wide range of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to assist, diagnose and or resolve issues
